New Clients
I require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment. Rest assured, I will refund your deposit if you need to cancel with a notice of at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
Cancellation Policy
A £20 deposit is required upon booking a treatment. This deposit will be refunded if you give me at least 24 hours’ cancellation notice.
As a therapist, I allocate a specific time for your appointment. During this time, I clean and prepare the therapy room to ensure it is ready for your visit. Additionally, this time allows me to recharge so that I can give you my undivided attention during the session.
If you need to cancel your appointment, I kindly ask for a 24-hour notice. This not only allows me to waive your appointment, but also opens up the opportunity for another client to schedule in your place. Your cooperation in this matter is highly appreciated and helps me maintain a balanced and efficient schedule.
Late Cancellation
If you cancel outside of the 24-hour notice period, a late cancellation fee of £20 will be required. In an emergency, please call me as soon as possible so I can reschedule your appointment.
No Show Policy
A fee of £20 will be required if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment.
It is of utmost importance to me to develop an excellent therapeutic relationship with all my clients. For this reason, I have these policies in place that I hope you find fair. In the event that I am unable to keep our appointment, I promise to extend you the same courtesy.
